high def camcorder
frisco asked:

I have a high def camcorder that records at 1080i and a 720p high def TV. I connected the camcorder to the TV via component cable last night as was only able to reproduce the video at 480i. I am not sure why it wouldn’t play at 720p. Would it make any difference if I went out and bought a HDMI-to-DVI cable (my tv only has DVI input) and used this connection instead or will I still only get to the 480i? thanks.

An hd to dv because your raw video was shot at hd if you want an output of an hd your raw video was shot at hd even if.
