high def camcorder
txclla asked:

I bought a camcorder that takes HD video. I have an HP dv2000 laptop with a AMD Turion 64 X2 processor and 2 gigs of RAM. There’s no way I have enough RAM to handle these huge files. Without buying a new computer, does anyone know how or where to get these files off my 8G SD Card and onto a HD disc?

So, I’ve recorded some home movies of my daughter in full HD with my camcorder. I have downloaded this to my PC and have an option to burn this to a DVD-R in HD. What type of player will I be able to view this DVD in HD? A Regular DVD player? a DVD player with upcovert? An HD DVD player? a blu-ray DVD player??
