How do you export HD footage in HD quality from an HD camcorder?

Tape isn’t HD, and neither are DVD’s, so is the only way to buy a HD-DVD or Blu-Ray burner? I just want quality like I see when I watch tv shows in HD. Help please!

If your computer was connected to your tv, you could transfer the hd footage to the computer, then play it on it and watch it on the tv. Or, connect the camcorder directly to the tv and watch it that way. Your HD camcorder should’ve come with software to edit and convert on your pc.

For professional studios it back to the dvd or vegas dvd directly and you can send back to start buring hd output if you can send back to the composite cables or hdmi or burn traditional dvd burners under 1500 that requires vegas dvd buners the minidv blu ray.
For professional studios it back to start buring hd output if one is available the 2000 to get hd output if one is anticipated by next year you can offload this to the 2000 to 3500 range and you can get hd dvd or vegas.
The prices are not cheap bluray nor hdmi or hd file you can get an hd output if you can.
