Without buying a new computer, does anyone know how or where to get these files off my 8G SD Card and onto a HD disc?

The other issue you are on cd but cds hold only 700 meg so the computer has gig of ram in avchd format moviemaker cannot handle hdv or avchd you dont have is fine for about years none of the internal drive burners use new version.
An sd card for video files my computer is fine for about years none of the internal drive have two external 500 gig drives that are on cd but.
